Watching votes arrive in real time

The results page refreshes itself, Live mode is built for a projector, and both respect who is allowed to see the numbers.

The results page

The results page shows the tally per option, the share of votes and the total count. While voting is open it refreshes itself every 15 seconds and prints the time of the last update, so you can tell at a glance whether you are looking at current numbers.

Live mode

Live opens a chrome-free view of the same numbers, built for a projector or a second screen. Open it before the meeting starts and leave it running; it keeps polling in the background and needs no interaction.

Who sees what

If results are public, anyone with the link can watch — including the live view. If results are hidden, only the creator sees the numbers during voting, and the public view starts working once the poll ends.

Reading percentages

Percentages are calculated from votes cast, not from the number of people. With multiple votes per person, or a multiple-choice poll where one voter ticks several options, percentages can add up to more than 100 — read the vote total next to them.

Ending and extending

Ending a poll stops new votes immediately and keeps the results visible. Moving the deadline forward has the opposite effect: the live view simply starts counting again.
